1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all states in India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, festivals, courier issues, or unforeseen conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Weight of the order
  • Ongoing offers or free shipping promotions

Final shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number. You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will make two attempts for delivery. If you are unavailable, the order may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is:

  • Damaged on arrival
  • Missing items
  • Not delivered but marked as delivered

Please report to us within 48 hours with photos and proof.

7. Incorrect Address

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail. The customer is responsible for re-shipping charges and delays caused by incorrect address details.
